1.6 engine for a 1.2 nove with tax and test

my sr's engine went tonight and im after putting a 1.6 in its place, problem is i havent got any money to buy one so im after a swap for my old 1.2 merit for a 1.6 engine on CARBS
engine must be running
the merrit is an lightly modified with alloys, only down side is that it has no backbox and has some scrapes but its 20 years old, it has only and genuinly 20 something thousand miles will confirm when im back on monday,
it has most of its service history and its a previouse one lady owner,
i am the second owner and logbook is in my name,
it has tax and mot and will confim how longs left on both monday
all strut tops are o.k with no rust,
the boot floor has some patches of surface but hasent gone through, the battery tray is mint with no rust at all

also if someone offers the right car i.e 1.4 sri i will also put my 1.4 sr in aswell but please not the head needs work to run
