what head gasket to go for with a c20xe on throttle bodies and other mods?

so why are there head gaskets out there that cost like 90 pounds? im running high compretion and 1mm oversize pistons

use a 1.3mm cometic

Unless you are running proper high comp.

Only real advantage is they are reusable, but I wouldnt have teh balls to re-use mine!

also depends on what size pistons you have if have 88mm you CAN NOT use a gm gasket. you need a cometic. otherwise fire ring over hangs the bores

dont ever use a gm zlet or metal gasket there ****e.

It just says 'high' - which is anything over the standard 10.

I run 11-1 - and although I use one, i dont really need to - the engine builder just used it.

If you are 11.5+ I would recommend you use one.

yes phill its me. I got my new pistons yesterday there woosner 87mm. Whent and took the block over to cma in Quensfery this morning so they can rebore the block. Once its back my friend will be puting the bottom end together and all i need is a head gasket and ARP head stud convertion so the engine can be put back together. So which cosmetic is the best or peoples choice?
