As some of you know, i had problems with my exhaust when i bought it, like the fact it was for a Mk2 lol

Anyway, if i'd have read the FAQ before i bought it :tard: i woulda thought twice.
The listing if for a SR/GTE Sport Box Single 3" Stainless Steel Tail Pipe

FAQ's:
First off:
will this fit a 1.2 merit? - yes

Then:
If this fits a 1.2 merit, then why does it stae that it is for an sr/gte nova? -
it will not fit the standard nova, only SR or GTE

Then:

is this the o/e rear box of a nova sport? - yes the gte version

A Nova Sport GTE :tard:

I don't understand a word of your post, Except the last bit, Ashley exhausts are actually pretty good.

They're exhausts are yeah, but they don't seem to get things right.

I bought a backbox from them listed as SR/GTE so Mk1. When i get it, I see it's a Mk2. And by reading the FAQ's off their site you can tell they don't get things right.

OK dumb question time, What's the difference between a MK1 and MK2 exhaust? Mounts?

Mk1 is over to the left almost in the corner but the Mk2 one comes straight out.

You can notice the problem on my car:

Edit: That's the Mk2 exhaust i "bought" on my Mk1

Swap that SR for my Spin? Will also give you a 1.6 16valve C16XE engine with my car, SRi interior spare tailgate and wings :)

Edit: Will let you keep the back box so you can put it on a MK2 :)

I'm only 17 so don't really want a 1.6, or the trouble of having to put it in the car when i'm still in sixth form
