if there "jetted " for an xe cant see them over fuelling. they would only overfuel if jetted for over a 2ltr?

ok was just thinking that a xe is more bhp and 8 more valves so would be jetted different from a 2.0 8v?

40s will work but any further mods and top end they WILL struggle.

45s are more suited but depnds on what other mods you plan

and its irrelevant what they were jetted for, you NEED a proper rolling road setup. Otherwise you will bitch about how crap carbs are like all the other numpties who dont bother getting their carbs checked over and setup right

ive had that just a lad saying they need jetting all the time and go out of sync. they dont if done properly. carbs are actually very good for what they are/do.

agreed

the biggest problem is not setting the throttle pedal/spindle travel right and then bending the spindle which causes all kinds of havoc
