door handles

alright everyone?

im wondering if anyone could tell me how to take off my door handles so i can prepare them for spraying? cos i dont fancy masking off the whole of the car just to spray 2 handles!

2 x 10mm Nuts on the inside of the door.

You'll have to remove the lock linkage to them.

iv heard its tricky to get the lock linkage off, is it? u got any advice? im planning on getting them off this weekend.

Its a plastic clip that unclips.
Easy
Should take 5 minutes and thats including taking the door card off.

cheers mate! ill get them off this weekend then i think! also gonna do my bootgrab aswell i think!

for the boot grab remove the carpet pannel inside the car held by about 12 clips, once the first ones are out, slide your hand behind the pannel and tug at the pannel, DONT use a screwdriver to lever them etc as that is how they brake and also how you scratch your tailgate paint when you WILL slip!!!!!!!!!!

once pannel is removed it is four nuts and away she comes.
