Does anyone know the answer to this, I have upgraded my brakes to ".0l 16 Cavalier Discs and callipers. They are fanfuckingtastic but when I reverse and then brake they clonk. The faster Im reversing when I brake the loader the clonk is but it doesn't do everytime I reverse.
Has anyone else had this problem if so what is it and how do I fix it. And just slightly important is it dangerous ???????

It is the brake pads moving in the calliper, When you are moving forwards and you brake the calipers try to follow the disc round when you brake so they are tight up against the bottom of the caliper. When you reverse and brake the pads move the other way in the caliper, if there is a slight gap the pads will clunk as they slide in to the caliper housing. Make sure the correct pads are fitted I had the same problem because a parts shop sold me the wrong pads, nad although they fitted they moved about too much. If you have the correct pas in it's nothing to worry about. It would also pay to check the 10m alllen bolts that hold the caliper on aren't comming loose while your in there.
