right my mate wants a redtop putting into his astra we have found a donor calibra just want a few questions answered.

Will all the driveshafts from the calibra fit the Mk3 astra?

in actual fact will i need any other bits?

You'll need an astra mount set (depending on what his astra spec is currently?) And a set of astra big block shafts. (you'll also need the correct tan/pump set up. Find an astra exhaust manifold too. Irrc the cally mannys are different from the astra ones.

its a 1.4 mpi shell with a c16se fitted at the moment

so the calibra mounts and shafts wont fit

Nah mate you'll need big block astra ones. Shouldn't be to hard to come by. Actually i'm not too sure on the mounts.

ok well ill see if anyone else posts to confirm it.

im looking at a redtop with shafts and loom etc, etc on ebay but i know of someone selling a calibra at the same price and thought it would work out better buying the calibra
