Gsi engine ?????

My GSIs really smokey when u put your foot down say pulling out on round abouts you go then look in your mirrior and you have coverd the car behind in smoke also theres a ratelly noise to when excelerate wtf been told loads of crap by afew garages trying treatments to get rid of the smokeyness but its still there .:confused: :confused: anyone ?

could be your valve stem oil seals!

valve stem oil seals quite common on vauxhalls, but if it's rattling that could be other top end problems, bent valves etc?

if its running ok the tapping could just be a sticking tappet!

Then again if its underload it could be piston rings lol

Well the head gasket went on me on sat night gutted dont think i can be fu*ked to fix this engine again..
