I checked. the reg is not from a mini. it appears to be a k series lump from a rover metro

should i report it?

Was gonna say thats a rover lump, i wouldnt give him 50p for it, looks like he has dropped a complete subframe out of a metro GTa and is trying to make a quick quid lol
