Never come across this myself but how about an aftermarket steering wheel and a long boss with a snap off, mine sits a good two inch or so further out than the oe one did, its funny to get used to but could prove just what you want......

Or, that ^^^^ immense piece of engineering could be employed lol...........
Errr, wow
thats in an Evo engined mark3 feisty thats down the road from me, races in my mates class in the SSCC , and its QUICK
Are you wanting to keep the dash, indicator stalks ect ... ?
If not then you could easily knock something up, i made a new one for an Autograss car i was building, used some 25mm box for the supports and some 3/4" tube for the shaft, you can get slightly oversize 3/4" rosejoints from McGill MotorSport so that the shaft is a push fit thru them, i chopped the end off the Nova column and welded it to the shaft to mate up with the Nova rack. You can also get cheap Quick Release boss's to fit onto a 3/4" shaft.
Making a complete new column also means that you can get it to be central to the seat rather than off to one side !

Lee hearsay over on mig did this, The thread is massive but will probably give you even more ideas! The thread is called "lees garage" and is always near the top of projects, his username is lee303
R1CH- the dash etc is gone for good, will be a simple toggle switch for wiper,
i may have to have a closer inspection to see what can be done :)
have you a link for this guys garage on mig?
