any chance of some better photo, like the inlet ports, and a shot of the entire thing lol

1.3 by the look of this mate
thats what ive been told... but it does look different.... as it was previously running MPi... but then someone else said it was a SPi... Reason im asking is that its had work done to it... and has kent cam valve springs....
Heres a pic of a inlet up close...

bronze guides by the look of it to mate
bronze guides by the look of it to mate
WHat does that mean? lol its no good to me i got a valver lol
lets get low tech. measure how long it is... then we'll know if its a small or big block.
then from the age stamp 86, we will be able to say either 1.3 or 1.8
but i'm guessing its a 1.3 that had the irmscher mpi (corsa sprint) on it.
that casting no is definateley from a 1300. Bronze guides are often used on high spec heads, also got waisted stems on there.
Looks like a worked 1.3 8v head
Sorry... lol what are wasited stems?
And thanks for everyones help :)
Also... what other 8v engines will it fit???? ie 1.2 spi 1.3, 1.4 spi/mpi etc....
it is where the stem of the valve has been made narrower than std. If you look at the valve stem there is a step on it.

Oh rite.. what does that achive/do lol sorry for all the Qs...
Less obstruction to flow...
ok cool thanks for your help guys, oviously its no good to me... so will be up forsale... what kind of money could i ask for it..... as i dont really have any idea... i had it up £75 posted previously......
measure the diameter of the valve heads, I bet they are bigger than std. I think if it was cleaned up it would be worth more than £75
how would i measure the valves oviously there inside the head

turn the cam until a exhaust/inlet valve opens and measure its diameter with a vernier
