2.5 Bore Exhaust

Can anyone tell me were i can get a direct fit 2.5 bore exhaust system for a 2ltr 8v.

get one made up easier, and not to expensive!

depending on the depth of the 2.0 block compared to a gte/gsi (whether the 1.6 exhaust clears the 2.0 sump), u may have to use the 2 litre manifold and downpipe welded or mated somehow to the rest of a nova system.

Its gonna be having r1 bike carbs fitted then later on a supercharger.

It has down pipe etc but i will be getting a sportex manifold, all i want is a system that will fit then i can make something to mate up to the down pipe.

' something that fits ' ... ppftt, yer telling me man. ive been fiddling with pipes from all over the galaxy trying to get something that works on mine.
im hoping a 1.4 sr twin downpipe will answer the call, mate that between the 1.6 manifold and the rest of a 1.2 system. if not ive tried everything else possible, the welders gonna have to come out after that.

Its not a 1.6 its a 2ltr 8v?

I bought a 2 1/2" system from Ashley. Had it sent as a kit as a 2 1/2" will need to be made to fit. I think it was approx £130 for a two box system thats not too loud.

go to custom pipes in donny, their really good but im not sure if their too far away from you mate
