I think its possible, i've ran 14.2 in fully road legal car with all glass, electrics and toyo T1R's, standard XE.

Lee H

Had stripped out rear but standard GSi front seats and 6 point cage so weight probably same as a standard one.

Mine made it in to the 13's and it's been tuned for corners, not the straights. So good luck. Get the launch right and you may make it :thumb:

65 runs in the space of 3 months could be a little excessive lol

im advising you not to drive this car with the diff welded up, atleast not on the road anyway, i race my stock car with a locked diff and it's a pain in the **** to get off my drive and onto the trailer, you have to do a 40 point turn just so you dont break the shafts or cv's. but.....it's your choice, i will be at usc so might see you there.

I WILL Be in the 13s next time im at the pod. and my engine is 100% standard.
I was only 0.0893 off a 13.9999 at PVS and my best 60ft was .2 second slower than my previous best on a warmer day. so therefore i should theoretically be on a 13.7.

the car is only been set up for 1/4s at the moment even tho it is fully road legal
the diff was only welded as i couldnt afford an lsd, when i have the money it will be done properly

loggyboy

i very much doubt a welded diff would be considered roadlegal.

it won't contravene any rules i've heard of, but will drive crap anywhere except in a straight line.

it has a power boost valve, so i'd say it should make the times.

just a reminder a stripped let running shy of a bar will only pull very low 13s -12.9s with standard f20 nackered clutch and yok parada tyres

that said though i did pull a 13.8 with a standard xe in the same shell the let is now in at pv last year if you cast your minds back
