Buy a Carlton Diamond, they come in 3.0 24v, have FULL Black Leather the same as the Lotus Carlton and they're all Estates. Currently I own Irelands only example!! :D

Senes and Carltons are the same car apart from the rear lights and front ends. lol

You can make a Carlton into a Sene anr vice versa.

Heres a pic of mine, it gets used to terrorise little boy racers, hense the no number plate on the front. The whole Black Estate with Black windows and Black Leather gives a real Steven King Feel to it. :D

No they're not, carlton wheelbase is longer and track is wider

Isn't it the other way around, with the Senator being a longer version of the Carlton/Omega A

Sloth

btw the lotus uses a 3.6 not the 4.0. the 4.0 is an irmisher (sp) kit, done as an upgrade. id like a senny with a small block chevy, like the aussies got in their holden commodores. (senator)

Dod

I dont think thats right at all Jack, surely if the track was wider the Carlton Panels wouldnt bolt straight on?

I thought that, but its not the case. The Senator is longer, which makes it appear "bigger", but the Carlton is wider and has the larger track/wheelbase of the two.
