If so i think its still in the area of scun-thorpe, its on the MID and taxed so its still around bud:thumb:

last thread i seen on it some guy had just bought it with the engine mount snapped. since then i belive its had a 1.7 td fitted then sold or something similer

My brother is the current owner, still a 1.5 as far as i know but goes like stink! Some badger tried breaking into it a couple of weeks ago but not much damage. Wheels are white now and hes done a few other bits to it. hope this helps mate.

i own the car atm... looks a bit rough now tho bit of rust coming through etc. When i bought it the front end was like a patchwork quilt just held together with weld..... hopefully going to get a new front end and tidy her up when i get some money saved up. ill get some pictures up when shes a bit cleaner.

i payed £750 for it from a mate of myne in scarborough, he swapped it for a saxo vtr with a vts lump in it.

Saw it a few months back up there possibly yourself driving, passed on the main road into scarborough from the coast road, i was in a flame red derv cav turbo rep with soot up the back end, had to laugh as yours was the same, flame red and covered in soot up the back end lol

I do Spud, infact the Golf is now fully fixed & that swap we spoke about is all on mate..... MTB goes in the back of a Golf hatch nicely btw!! ;)
