I have the complete head for sale that I was to be using on my 500+hp C20LET engine.
The head was ported and machined by Andy from the Gaz'd team and is a ready to go bolt on head for anyone looking for upto 500hp or more from their C20LET.
As time went on I decided to build a XE instead and planned to use the same head but just swap the cams for something more specific to a big power NA motor which anyone looking to buy can also do, currently this head is setup with stock XE cams which have been proven to to be a ideal choice for any spec of LET engine.
Full spec
low mileage XE head (GM casting) originally supplied new from vauxhall as a replacement
Skimmed and ported to Andys own specs (capable of 250hp on a good NA setup)
Porous modification carried out so no need to ever worry about any water/oil mixing.
Autosprint +1mm 1 Piece Stainless Steel 214N Valves with wasted stems on the inlets
Bronze guides
Piper Double Valve Springs
Piper valve spring retainers
Arrow Solid Lifters
SBD shims
XE Camshafts, exhaust cam has been shortened and plugged.
The water feed usually used for the heater matrix has been blanked with a core plug as this was going in a rwd car, the core plug can easily be removed and a push on fitting re installed for anyone wanting to change that. The distributor housing has also been machined off for more clearance in a rwd application and also as you would not be using a distributor on a big spec LET or XE.
I am looking for no less than £1000 for the complete head, this does NOT include postage and please do not PM me with stupid offers as I'm already taking enough of a loss on it considering all its done is sat in a box since being finished !
