tie-bars to slam panel

the bolt that goes this side to attach the tie-bar to the back of the slam panel/valence - is it a different thread to the usual m10??

Its threaded on the slam panel, after all, isnt it?
I think its a shorter thread.. i cant get a normal bolt in, anyway..

Standard M10 x 1 1/2 i think, quiet a short bolt, that shouldnt matter though as it goes into crossmember space.


Yes the Crossmember is threaded,

They're a different thread to engine mount bolts I know that much.

oo mines a M10 :confused: dunno what pitch ill check for ya and post up..


off the top of me head im sure they are M10 x 1.75 pitch, could be an M8

checked both novas out the front one has M10 and the other is M8, i did just remember i stripped the thread in the old nova so i retapped with a M10, makes sense now haha, biggers better lol
