Can anyone recomend places to get these, also it has been lowered but i have no idea how low the back is any way i can tell what size springs they are?

I'm looking to buy a harder spring but have no idea where to start as i dont have coilovers on the rear just the normal nova spring and shock?

well, take a photo of it from the side & post it on here, someone will tell how much it is lowered.

as for the spring rate, there are specialists who will charge to find out

Coilsprings is the usual suggestion for custom springs, tend to be expensive though!

I did a few searches and found Oli "Trackdaynova" used Falkner, just not sure what length, weight, ID or OD required.. ect...

Olly used 'straight' coilover style rear springs though, on his homemade adjustable platforms, not the usual 'beehive' shaped ones.

Or copy olly's rear spring setup thing :) Was fairly simple iirc

I just went and had a look as I'm struggling for good rear springs for a stripped out car atm (60mm springs sit at about 20mm drop but I'm guessing with no weight 80/100mm will be rock solid!) but I don't have a welder of my own, so not as easy to replicate for me.

just been trawling through that, what held the adjuster in place Olz?

nothing mate :)

it couldn't come out, even at full droop of the shocks (replicating airborn) the adjuster couldn't fall out in between the beam and spring, the only way of getting them out is by removing the bottom shocker bolt, and dropping the beam :)

Oo thank you sir! Guess I better get the welder back out :)
