any ways my car made 98 bhp with these and my engine is a standard 1.3 no outher mods

theses are a compleet kit from a sport everything is there jus had inlet air box repainted to a high standard to retain the moteled/ un smooth cast effect brand new in box kan panel filter throtel cabel etc etc any q,s pm me

i am asking 200for them as is and also have a manual to strip these down and rebuild them wich also cost me 20 of ebay will throw that in aswell:thumb:

You decided to not keep the carbs on the car because that part which connects the air filter box is broken!?
There are alternatives to the irmcher box if thats the case. And are you sure you engine has no other mods?, for it to be making 98bhp I would have thought an uprated cam would be in there.

yep i am sure the engine is all original no internals touched and the part does not slot into the air box it goes inside the carb before the airbox

and am selling due to i have a holiday soon and need money for that plus when the car is doing about 45 mpg with a single carb on i dont give a rats how fast it is or how good of a noise it makes :thumb:

Fair enough, you can stretch really good mpg out of those twin carbs though, if you can resist planting your foot all the time to hear them that is.

Still surprised the engine is standard though, the carbs on a standard 1.3 are supposed to give mid to high 80's BHP, perhaps its the magic of the K&N that does it!

that part you have missing is a auxilary venturi. there should be some numbers stamped on it. get the number of of it and PM me as a may have a spare. then you can sell the kit as a whole.

Is the alternator lowering bracket, the heater pipes and the inlet pipe there?

Or just whats pictured?
