Some doddery old fart put a small dint in the front wing of my Uno, does that count? lol

That was about 10 months after passing though and wasn't my fault as he pulled out in front of me in a 60 zone (whilst looking right at me ). I did write my first Nova off about 6 months after getting it thanks to a badger, but had it repaired.

Yea but hitting things like aa badger you cant help really. Thats just bad luck. but here are a few quotes from the local club in on about!

(mk3 escort estate 1.3

two weeks after I passed my test I put it into a wall at 75)

(Then I crashed it into a wall at about 60. )

(mk2 fiesta 1.1 rolled it in a 20mph zone lol )

(Mine was a red 1986 mini 1000 bucket seats, harnesses few other bits and bobs, came to an end on a wet left hander at about 60 mph 3 months after passing, went a little too left onto the grass which had a raised manhole... took the wheel off bent the whole front end and ripped the floor out too didnt take any pics)

(a 1.4 205 xs that ended up in a wall 3 weeks later.)

(205 1.4 xs, Unfortunately it fell over and died )

(1.4 Rover 25, wrote it off the day I passed my test. I had bald front tyres and was doing 80 down a lane, then it changed to a 30 zone and I took the bend a bit quick, the car slid, hit a kerb, span 360 and hit a bank.)

Never crashed a car. My first car, a merit saloon had the drivers side wing mirror smashed off while driving, it was the oncoming drivers fault though. Had a few close calls since, but no impacts!

it was damaged by a guy who didnt know the rules (bumper, wing lights) but wasnt my fault. so that doesnt count..

i attempted to jump a hedge in mine after 6 months of driving. it didnt work...

truth be told it was down to inexperiance, excessive speed on a wet road and poor maintenance (one rear tyre was that low i had to swap it before i was towed home) too fast round a bend and rear stepped out, cought it twice (back went left right left) but that third was too much and spat me into the hedge, bounced off taking out the fron wing, bumper, grill and a headlight, span me thru 180 and stopped with the back end in the hedge and the front in the road. rang my uncle to tow me home, got a full front end off a dark blue sr at the scrappies the next day and had it back on the road within 36 hours. ahh memories

Some dick parked his Volvo in to the back of my first car at speed whilst I was stationary at a junction. ****!

I have written a few cars off but not many. I've snapped the wheels off of a few as well.

My first road going car, well Fiesta Van is still going. I gave it some serious abuse because I learned that the sump was more or less unbustable due to the crossmember and subframe set up. I put it through hedges, ditches, forestry roads, quarry roads, hill roads andJumped it over large humps in the road (4 wheels in the air) and once over a ditch about 6ft wide and into a field 3ft lower than the road level, drove it out the opened gate (which was lucky) without stopping or majorily damaging the Fester. I also used to to carry 380kg of Fense posts (6ft items) and spread gravel on my mothers street, 12 tons of the stuff.

My first car an EG scivic was written off when an old codger decided that "GIVE WAY" didn't apply to him  I didnt even have time to to lift off from 55.

Then a few cars later i decided to play chicken with a Jeep cherokie (sp?) the Mondeo lost lol

Thats it for cars but i've hit loads of things while driving Trucks :d Buildings, garden walls, mercedes ML, a bus you know, the usual...

In 2002 I crashed my 1st car (nova 1.2) into a dry stone wall. Me and a few friends were down this country lane listening to each others cars go by (cool eh). Comes round to my go to have a flypast and i judged the t junction wrong that was ahead, I ended up going straight on into the wall. lol. My mates thought it was hillarious!

Then i had the task of telling my mum and dad what happened,so i told them i did it in a car park and it hit a post. lol.

Last year i got married and my best man blurted the whole story out in his speech, my mum and dads face was a picture lol

Crashed & repaired my 2nd car - then sold it
Engine fire on 3rd car - dieded :( (think more, engine explosion actually!)
Nearly died in 5th car - muchos near death crash

Other then that, just a minor light front end impact an some light road rage rammage in my other cars.

Put mine into a sandbank on a Dales road hairpin, I'd been up the stretch of road about 10 mins before, turned around and came back, but the road was mucho different the other way, front end went light as the hairpin was a kinda of drop off lol and went over an aggressive kurb into a sandbank which had been put there because of all the d1ckhead 17 years olds in their Novas going through the farmers wall

thought i'd ripped the sump off.....no damage apart from a knackered front splitter :D

2 months since passing im still here!

I passed my test at 10am, at 11:30 I nearly found a wall and a 70ft drop!

And a week later, coming down a hill doing 100mph, turns out theres a t-junction at the bottom of the hill!

We got round, just, and i mean just!

I crashed my first car (mk2 sr) about a month after my test. Booting it over a roundabout as I came off the roundabout I got into some lovely four wheel slide, which ultimately was my downfall. I ended up heading straight up the curb and hitting a lamp post.

I remember them good ol' days when you think your indistructable. Going down the local bypass jamming coins in the dash as you pickup speed to stop the dash from vibrating.

Technically I didn't crash ....

Turning right off a main road onto a minor road an Escort RS Turbo overtook the queue of cars behind me and then clipped my wing rolling my metro which I had only just reshelled 3 months prior.

The metro was totalled (front subframe was banana shaped and the roof and side panels were all dented from the couple of rolls.)

The Escort bounced off me and took out a signpost which ripped off the back axle as he went over it and landed about 300 ft up the road.

Police came and measured up the scene and reckoned the RS was doing about 70 mph on impact, - it was a 30 zone !

Case went to court and the chap was fined about £400 and banned for 12 months.

After buying my 1st Nova & spending a week with my Dad servicing it & repairing the rust in the lower fr panel. On my 1st night out in it, I couldnt get it started (choke) & when it did fire into life it lurched forward into a grass bank, ruining all the paintwork & fillerwork we did onb the fr panel.

Hardly writing it off though... It was some years later when I rolled my Astra.

My 1st car was a nova, I wrote it off around a week later. 70+ mph into a stationary car on the motorway!
Everyone had stopped on the inside lane and I never seen them!!!!!
The only 2 accidents I have ever had have both been in a nova and have both been high speed/ heavy impact types, it can't be true what people say about them being sh1tty tin boxes that fall to bits because I have walked away from both accidents unscathed!

I crashed after a week into the **** of a parked police car.lol

luckyly it just needed a front light and a wing, which never got painted for the year I owned it.
Rat look ftw.
