...to Joff. Thanks for stopping when you saw me and rob stuck on the hard shoulder of the M1, after having a blowout. Brakes work really well mate hahaha.

I had a jack and a 17mm socket on a ratchet already in the boot but some twonk had put 1 19mm bolt in the back along with 3 17mm ones. doh!! so I was stuck really lol

the only thing i saw broken down was a volvo estate towing a trailer with a r5 gt turbo on it... it cheered me right up

.... well there I was bimbling along the M1 and I spotted a Cav on the hard shoulder just after the M6 junction - I then saw Robs bald head and thought - they may have a prob - so haulded on the brakes lane 2 to hard shoulder in about 400 foot!

Lucky for Hendrix & Rob I had a tyre wrench in the box of tricks and 5 mins later we were all off again .

No probs stopping - always willing to help where I can ! You can buy me a beer next time we're together !

I remember passing a cav now, M or N reg think it was, didnt know it was you at the time.
It was a convertible Porsche trying to keep up with me, at road legal speeds obviously.

Spudly-Yeah sounds about right, i just kept giving it some and then backing off until the porsche was right up my **** again, was quite amsuing.
Not sure what porsche it was, it looked like a old 911, but was a convertible
