c16xe into nova

im putting a c16 into a 1991 nova shell


was wondering what mounts i need?(wont be running pas)

i no toy used tthe nova gsi shafts and iv sorted the fuel pump

anything else i sould know?

No need for GSI shafts, any shafts will work.

Mounts, use standard nova 1.2 upwards mounts.

Corsa ones are too long yes. if you need some shafts PM me.

and with the belt, your have to eather find a Single V bottom pully with the trigger wheel for the crank sensor, and then run a nova single V pully alternator with a custom bracket.

Or find a corsa without PAS or A/C and use the auto tentioner (spelling) that is attached to the alternator bottom bracket (your need the whole thing), keeping the multi rib belt setup.

I run the wide belt stuff without problems, as do a few other people. But ive known people to have clearance issues with the wide belt stuff.

yer will need shafts, rite so get an alt and bracket off ssay an early 16v corsa? if i do that what front mout do i use then?

its easy to get in mate i used the standard 1.2 mounts and driveshafts,
