carb fuel pressure regulator

hey im about to convert my gsi e16se to twin 40s and was looking into fuel pumps and regulators and have found a regulator that allows to run the standard injection pump but lowers the pressure down to 5 psi lowest, any1 used or tried one of these?

im sure carbs need to run at about 3 psi?I havent used one of them that your on about but i used to use a filterking one which you can get for about £50

hmmmm so not reallyt worth the hassle just go for a low pressure pump and carb reg
