View Full Version : PI springs VS Apex

Hi, I've the choice of these spring to do a 40mm drop on a 1200 runabout of mine, PI working out about £75, APex costing £95, just wondering which is best (softest ride) or can anyone recomend any other makes.

Out of those two, I think the Apex is the better spring maurice!

But at the same time, lowering springs are lowering springs, I don't think you would notice a big difference til you into the dearer brands like H&R, Eilbach etc.

Back in the day (I sound really old) PI were the big name, though motorsport and spares have Apex them in stock might be just as handy to run over to Ballymena

Well P.I. aren't regarded as being very good these days as far as I can see. To be honest I would go for the Apex springs, they get a better rep from what I've seen and heard. Up to yourself.
