Spa Euro Race, inc, Britcar 3hr (DHdev in action!)

The DH Developments built Mk2 golf was in action at Spa the weekend before last, my duties were mechanic and pit crew, with the 'H' of DH being one of the drivers. The race went really well, with the car finishing 30th out of 46 starters (iirc).

Absolutely awesome, some of the cars were so loud it was painful. It was amazing being so close to the action too, I could've actually tapped the cars on the roof as they passed! lol

Golf has a 2.0 16v, throttle bodied, 178lbft, quaife 6spd box, remote reservoir dampers, wilwoods, rapid refuel system etc etc It's a mega bit of kit! All built on a driveway/car port too ;) :cool:
