Gear box

My gear box is boggered, It jumps out of reverse when im turning and when i was testing it it wouldn't engage 3rd or 4th.

do i need a new box or is there parts i can change to fix it ?

Problery the linkage needs adjusting. Search/haynes manual.

sounds like linkage or poss engine mounts are so perished and soft the engine rocking pulls it out of gear.
