electronic oil pressure guage

If i buy an aftermarket oil pressure guage and wire it up to the existing wire for the guage on the gte clocks will it work and how accurate will it be? Would I be best using a mechanical one with capilary etc?

i'd imagine it would be faily spot on as it should be calibrated before you buy it. and why would you need another one if you have one on your gte clocks?

It depends on what the send-recieve rate is

If its a 4-20mah feed then it will work i think

Anything else, then i cant see it!

the GTE clocks aint in the car any more.
