Need to get a flexi welded onto my manifold and everywhere I've called locally says they can't do it, any ideas anyone? :(

dammit, i wonder if theres anyone on here local to you that has a welder that can help out

did you ask them why they wouldnt do it :S?
confusing stuff, got to a car body shop they will most likely do it mate

Soon as i said it's not a standard system they didn't wanna know :tard: Eventually found somewhere that will do it though, although it cost me £80! :eek: helpful lads though and it's all done properly. Turns out the owner runs a civic rally car, so he's not phased by something non standard, was shocked that like 3-4 places i phoned wouldn't touch it though!

if you'd gone to a ttc lorry parts stockist, they do bulk lengths of flexi in all sorts of sizes..

I already had all the parts, just needed someone with a welder to fit it, although the guys that did it in the end shortened the mid section and put an angled piece onto the manifold to keep the flexi a little straighter
