As the title suggests how has everyone fitted their front poly carb sliding windows?

Thanks :)

Do you mean the sliders specifically or the whole window? Lee did a how to on it in the articles section, or have you seen that already?

Lee's method looks good are there any other window rubber options?

I think Lee's way is how (Dar,Ernie) are done also, so is tried and tested mate.

206 window rubbers:

Corsa C for the outside of the door as it runs the entire length, i used a pair of tin snips to chop about 15mm of it off, and an early punto interior seal. As I say I windscreen sealed the 206 rubber into the door, then the window into the 206 rubber, never come out, and doesnt leak!

I used Dar's/Lee's method this weekend. Factory fit.

I used Paul's method when doing mine, looks and works spot on. I didn't use any sealant tho, just drilled three small holes in the bottom od the window and put a screw in thru the door to stop it a dropping.
Also, make sure if you get the Corsa C outer scraper trim you get a 3 door one! I grabbed one from a scrappy, only to find it was too short! Held it up against my 3 door C and descovered it was much smaller, obviously off a 5 door!

So what do i actually need for this 206 option? Is it a combo of 206 and corsa C stuff or can you use either or? I take it you have used the nova item for the bottom of the window?

You need the 306 window channel rubber ( the big bit that loops around the top and sides) use a Corsa C outer scraper trim ( the bit along the bottom on the outside) and whatever Paul said to use for the inside scraper trim (think I robbed my one of them off the 306 too.)
once you have all them bits it's just a case of either bonding the window up into the seal, or make a bracket/screw the window in along the bottom so it doesn't slide down te channels.
