rear turrets

i want to turret the rear on my nova,as ive got my other wheels corsa sxi ones 15 inch,and have slicks on cant remenber the tyre size(197 57) thats just off the top of my head,they are rubbing on the srings(gaz coilovers),i was thinking of getting different tyres for it,but because i will be doing a few track days,i was thinking of turreting the rears,whats other people used on theres,ive heard of mk2 escort ones if think rally desing do them,also would it make any difference,to angle the coilover slighty so it clears the tyres,or would it be easier if i just a differnet profile of tyre
