Time has come for me to finally purchase Photoshop. Which versions do you lot have and what do you think to them?

Photoshop lightroom (edition for photographers) would prob do if youre buying it cause its a few hundred quid cheaper than the extended edition. As for what version as long as its CS or later it will do everything you want. Theres very few 'real world' improvements in CS4 anyway (unless you use it for 3d modelling or video?) - there just seems to be a bit of a brag on version numbers for some weird reason......

But if youre not buying it then get whatever you can! (and hope the software piracy pixies dont get you - wooooooooo).....

I prefer paint shop pro to photoshop, although thats not much help lol

BTW, that photo you commented on facebook - its HDR, which I think you can do in photoshop, possibly with additional plugins? However I use commercial (that means paid for) specific software to do it.
