Alpine Type R are the bollocks. I've got one running of a 1000 watt Legacy amp. Each channel 250 watt. Absoloutely quality. I also have a quick query, whats the difference between a 1241-D and a 1221-D. I know mine the 1221-D is 2 Ohm and the 1241-D is 4 Ohm, but what is the difference. Anybody else know what a Bass Engine does in the Alpine head units? Don't urgentley need to know, but I'm jus curious.

Cheers Lads, Paul.
