as long as its secure and isnt sliding around the boot, its a pass
id pass it any way ;)
if for any reason the tester does question it he or she may give you a
pass and advise on it just to cover there self

Yes, mines held down with a racet strap thats screwed to the floor.

in the mot manual/computer it says the battery has to be secure
it doesnt say where it has to be!!!!!
most bmw's have there batterys in the boot ;)

and some merc's are under the rear seats :thumb:
