Congratulations buddy. Its a well known fact (well to me anyway) that youngsters are better off with an SR than a 1.2, insurance seem do deem them less of a risk :P

You've done well to have an SR as a first car.

If you only listen to one sentance in this thread let it be this one:-

When you drive the thing at speed understand it will screw you in the wet unlike the dry in corners.

Oh and now is a prime time to preach about this as the roads when it does rain after a dry spell will be particually bad.
