Was a*sing about in the garage a few days ago and found my old wheel-nut covers!

They were looking a wee bit sorry so I cracked out the silver paint and gave them a wee blow over just to tidy them up a wee bit

Also stuck the Stubby Mirrors back on just for some pictures and took it outside for a wee 10 mins of pic taking

Not yet Nick, got a cardboard template made up then I'm going to try and get some reflective plastic for them instead of cutting the glass...

Thats a cop out! lol Imo you'll regret it as although my glasses are small the visbility is excellent and not that much less than standard jobbies. Gaz said the plastic glasses arent up to much. Up to you though.

Hmm...I've no idea where abouts would cut the glass either...

I reckon the plastic should be OK aslong as it's reflective enough ?

No sure if the red bits are tinted, I just thought it was the indicator bits...

I'd need to check against my OE Euro lights

Cheers for the comments - I think a red GSi front would be too much 'Red' on the car

The original/grey bumpers break it up and the wee red stripe ties it in with the paint

Brainsnova - Could you PM me about the place as I would really love to use glass in the mirrors to try and keep them as true to the meaning as possible...lol

I want to keep the car looking as standard'ish as possible - Not keen on the splitters that much - Sometimes makes the cars look nose heavy

Cheers for all the other comments :thumb:
