I don't think it's a filter and isn't sepia. I don't smoke FAGS! lol thanks for the ideas.

In photoshop its a matter of adjusting colour levels to get some of the effects your wanting. These images look like they have had more yellow put into them and red taken out.

Also adjusting the brightness and contrast will help.

Looks very much like adjusted colour levels to me. Just play about with the colour levels.

Not Sepia.

I'd say thats a hue/saturation effect, then looks like a slight Gaussian blur added and colours adjusted to warm

btw girl is hot. lol

Right, I've downloaded that Lara Jade free action Retro Effect thing. It has instructions but I just don't get it :( I'm stuck at number 4. Please help!

Installation
1. Unzip / extract the folder before doing anything, you will then have access to all sets in one folder.
2. Open Photoshop
3. On the WINDOW tab, click ACTIONS, once the window has opened you will see an arrow pointing right in the top right hand corner, click this then click LOAD ACTIONS.
4. Locate each action in each set and continue loading them until they're all in your action window
5. READY! Simply open your document and click play
I hope you enjoy the actions, if you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact me at ljcoton@googlemail.com

There should be at the top menu a pull down that has the action menu in it. If it's for your version of Photoshop it should have installed into this section. If it's worked then open your picture and then press the play button to perform the action. ;)

C2 and yeah, I think so.

I will give it a go tomorrow on mine to see if I can figure it out for you. I've cs4 so if it works on that then it will work on all versions. ;)
