ive heard there is a breather mod for the xe is this true?? my problem is that if i go round a bend (when going abit quick on a private road) it smokes like funk asif ive blown the engine any help??

i thought the breather mod only helped for it kangarooing?i bought the breather mod plate from chrisastley motorsport but never came to fitting it as im sure my problem is the fuel pressure regulator

Yup thats the way I do it. It's a very simple and quick job. You just take the plate off cut it with some snips. Round off the edges just to take any sharp edges off. Remove ALL the silicone from the cam cover and the small piece you are refitting. Then fit the small picece to the cam cover and refit the cam cover.

when i did it i had the courtenay one with 2 13mm holes and a fabricated bracket thingy??
