I'm running 45's on an XE in my nova.
Pros - Noise, throttle response, oldskool feel
Cons - Not that efficient, have to get set up regulary
I'm also running Webcon Alpha engine management, costs about £600 for wasted spark coil pack, loom & ecu but its a really good kit and saves messing around with different dizzies. Other than that the spec is standard, just using an SBD inlet manifold. It dyno'd at 171 bhp at the the fly on the last set up.
If I had the bucks I'd go for SBD bodies but 45's are a half way house and provide alot of fun!
Cons - Not that efficient, have to get set up regulary
Getting it setup @ the wrong place
