View Full Version : Where do people run after market oil pressure sensors?

As above, myne is tapped into the back of the oil pump, i thought it was well out of the way, but it seems the drive shaft may have touched it?:eek:

Odd as it seems to have over an inch of clearance!

Jacked it up like this, rear wheel was off the floor and still had clearance

could do mate but that is used at mo for the std sender on the dash

But youve all ready said that allways shows its on full/4bars. So its clearly not working.

1" wont be enough clearence when you consider going round a right hander at 60... suspension travel is quite a bit...

There are 2 or 3 options... I run my temp sensor out of the other grub screw near there (cant remember exactly where!)

Shouldnt be mate, i resized them?

Will, wont fit where the grub screw goes not enough clearence for the spa sensor! will have to cock about with a t piece!

Fit the aftermarket in standard position, and take the bulb out the dash? :confused:

When the wiring is unpluged the bulb doesnt come on!
