Ah, will have to have a look at removing the rods as never done it before.

£25 posted sound fair as it leaves me with an incomplete set and the rods aren't much use to me?

Sounds fair to me mate, i take it they're standard size and of useable condition?

They are standard size and don't have any marks on them, i've never seen XE pistons out of a standard engine with detonation marks on to be honest.

They are certainly a 100% improvement on yours lol

Lol i think some ashtrays would be an improvement on mine tbh! Yeh sounds good mate it'll have to wait till friday though when i get paid, unless i can dip into someone elses bank in the meantime (i'll let you know)

No worries, will put the rods in as well as can't be bothered removing them. Might be worth you just swapping the whole lot anyway as the impact may have weakened/bent the rods in some way.

No idea on make, were on the car when I bought it and the powdercoat has come off them now.
