hi all, i can't decide whether to carry on doing road rallying or save up for stage rallys? i enjoy road rallying as really cheap but find that there alot starting and stopping and time ristriction where as stage is just against the clock. but stage is just so expensive usually £300 entry befor you turn a tyre.
my nova is already MSA Logbooked and only needs new harness's to pass scrutinering for stage so at least don't need to prepare the car much, although would fit twin 40's.

basically what i'm asking has anyone done both and do they think stage rallys are worth the extra money?

Stage rally, forest is where the fun is (granted £400 entry fees roughly) but you'd never look back!

I would definetly go for stage rallying but its a hell of a price. Some of the rallies up this way have insane entry fees, plus fuel etc

where you taking your BARS test to? Tbh biggest waste of time, tells you all answers to the test and dont have to drive at race pace in practical, just need to prove your not a moron!
