Tyre Wear

Hi

I have 15" alloys on my nova with 49mm offset. My problm is that on my passenger side rear tyre i am getting excessive wear on the inner edge none of the others do it, balancing wheel alignment are all ok so is something bent, any help would be much appreciated.

get the tracking done, if not then takem back to the place that fitted em and say Oi you NOOOOOO !!!!

If your rear tyre isn't sitting flat on the road then you have probably got a bent rear axle or bent stub axle to cause this.

check your wheel bearing!

Maybe the tie bar isn't on straight? We smashed a fiesta once and the tie bar was well off and we got exceesive wear on the left front inner. So, we got that sorted, re-tracked etc but we'd bent the chassis in the crash so it couldn't be perfect again, but it was better :)

The rear beam dosn't use a tie bar like the front suspension.
