Wanting to change front end of mine to Mk1.

Therefore, I need to know the differences in fit, as I know its not just straight swap.

Differences between....

Lights
Bumper fitting
Grill fitting

Anything else?

Bumper has different fixings iirc
I think grill would fit straight on but not too sure
Wings
And I'm pretty sure the bonnets are slightly different, but you don't need to change it

Headlight clips too.
Bonnet differance is the badge.

Grill may need holes drilling. And yer the bumper beam and or the L-brackets.

the L brackets are longer on a mk2.

yes you will need to get mk1 sidelight bulb holders aswell with the headlamps as the mk2 items dont fit into the mk1's
