Just realised my car is running on minimum amounts of oil, What oil do you put in a standard 1.2i? 15 40?

15/40 would do it, i always put 10/40 mineral in my old one (it didnt agree with semi synthetic even tho it was free)

enhanced mineral, same difference. and i used to get the "free" 10/40 semi from the stealerships i used to work for (if its good enough for Alfa's...)it really didnt like it

Cant beat Vauxhall semi synthetic IMO for price & performance. Valvoline racing used to be good for older cars.
Avoid Castrol Magnatec, my Corsa ran like ****e on it.

No oil is by far the best thing for 1.2i's, when it cooks you can put an engine in with a measurable power output lol

Anyway 10 40 good enough?its the ideal oil for your car,.id only recommend 15/40 for a engine thats over the 100k(milage)
and mineral oil is not as good as semi synthetic/full synthetic imo
edit;
this what ive recently put in mine(and what i use all the time)
