engine sits nice and low, need to cut more out my bonnet, though i had took enough to get clearance for the solids, but nope noticed the other day i have rubbed through the rubber lip of the belt cover, and took some paint off the rocker! Grrr..

Yes, but its a bit of matrial jubliee cliped over the end of the afm at the mo as theres no room. But new pipe has been orderd so hope it will fit with that.

I have standard but new mounts that have been glued (stikaflex) to make funking hard.
Sits miles away from the bonnet. Another reason for me not to like solid mounts then from the sound of it.

it looks like a toy in some of thouse photos. u know when they make scaled down models with not much detailing on them. the engine bay is to die for, i have a few dub friends that would be jealous of that bay mate!

I know what you mean, thats why ilike the desktop syle pic, and thats the kinda think i wanna hear, i've very influanced by the Vw style and ways.
