Err i think its -60mm all round but i have shortened spax RSX adjustable rear dampers so they allow the back end to sit lower than say, G-max would:thumb:

can i ask how the shorter dampers make it sit lower? its the spring that determines the height unless the shock is shorter than the spring therefor compacting the spring before theres weight on it.?

Bacause with the old gmax setup some of (only a small amount) the weight gets taken on the damper and the car tends to sit higher by anything up to about 10mm depending on spring/damper combo but shortened ones are designed to sit lower so they allow the spring to take all of the weight and they only do the damping as they should!

Ask rich (blue_peg) as he will back me up as we fitted them at his house and i for one was surprised at how much lower it sat and it was him who explained why they sit lower on shortened dampers!

i thought ive seen your car before spudly as in ure avater i didnt realise they were tear drops, was just wondering as there is a set for sale on hear im a wheel whore i can never make my mind up on what wheels i would like to have on my nova at the moment ive got gloss black gsi three spokes then a set of nova luxe plus alloys then cav slabs im now thinking of teardrops
