Speed under the limit dont mean a thing, the fact he hit the wall means he was clearly driving far too fast for the road conditions

So whether he was speeding (as in exceeding the speed limit) or not, he was clearly driving too fast!

Yes, this is my old Van, i actually seen the damage myself on Saturday morning as he had it towed to MCD Vaux in Halifax where im having the XE conversion fitted to my corsa sport. It is a sad site to see, but leave the lad alone its purely just an accident, nearly everybody's had an accident before . . . It's just one of those things! We all learn by them though!
