Reciving 2 items for the price of one!

You ordered a item off the internet and recived it fine, then 2 weeks later you recived the same item again.

Where dose one stand with regrads to all aspects of keeping/sending back, law ect...

Now befor you all ask its not me, i wish it was.

item was from a world wide company,

iv read that it can be classed as an unsolicited item there for its an offence to demand payment for it.

this happened with me, a computing error, i got 2x 13row oil coolers for the price of one, £45, i phoned them up, they told me to keep it, as the cost of posting it back would be more then they pay for them lol

i know i couldn't believe my luck really, even tho i did say it wasn't me in the 1st post it really was, i just thought i would get loads of stick on here for not sending it back.

iv found out after 3 mouths its legally mine, there for the 2nd item will be up for sale and hopefully ill get what i paid for them as thay are brand new un-boxed, hmm
