Tool, op, alerts, then the first ones about showing when contact comes on line, de-click it...

Ahhh i see, close the msn window then with the x in the top right corner, msn stays open until you right click the icon bottom right and chose 'exit messenger' that way you wont have any probs:thumb:

Its a little advert banner, mines got one aswell but i have to hovver my cursor over it for a few seconds before it will pop up though so baxter must be heavy handed or have sensitive msn lol

Mine does the same, funking annoying. I dont even have to hovver over it, just clip the edge of it when going for the start button and wam :(

Oh i've never had that, why am i not on Baxters list?

* Is it cause you still have them crapy tabs down the side of the main msn window? I have them all turned off as they are crap and look wa*nk.
