cheers mike hows your one going
Have you checked the actualy supply of fuel to the engine? Should be ok, but to check - take off the pipe on the engine side of the fuel pump and check if fuel spurts out while cranking.
As he says ^^ ho harm in getting those ignition bits anyway,

three things to start a petrol engine,
1.Fuel
2.Ignition (spark)
3.Compression
if it sounds like its cranking fine then you have compression. check for fuel and check for spark, whichever is missing work from there.
